Framework-Informed Approach

Our platform design is guided by established communication and social-emotional learning frameworks, without claiming diagnostic or therapeutic outcomes.

Core Frameworks

CASEL Social-Emotional Learning Framework

Our features map to the five core SEL competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.

Reference: Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL)

Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

Communication prompts follow observation-feeling-need-request patterns to promote clarity and empathy.

Cognitive-Behavioral Principles

Reflection tools incorporate thought-feeling-behavior awareness patterns commonly used in communication and emotional literacy education.

Note: Educational application only; not clinical CBT

Our Alignment Process

  1. Map each feature to specific framework elements
  2. Review public literature and educational resources
  3. Iterate based on user feedback and platform usage patterns
  4. Update quarterly to reflect current best practices
